Set up your yard
Stalls, paddocks, open barn and pastures with capacity, plus indoor arena, outdoor arena, lunging ring or horse walker. Enter your prices and contract template once.

Invite horses and owners
Invite owners by email. They fill in the intake form online, add their horse and sign the livery contract.

Invoice monthly
Once a month the app prepares the draft invoices: stall, extras and line items per owner. You check them and send them.
Questions about getting started
Can I bring my existing data?
You add client data in the app or let your owners enter it themselves through the intake form. If you have a lot of existing data, write to us through the support form.
Do I have to switch the whole yard at once?
No. Start with one wing or just the monthly invoicing and add the rest when it suits you.
What do I need?
An iPhone or Android device. On a computer you can use the web dashboard.
