Marketplace: new clients, fair fees.
Every subscription includes a marketplace profile. You can also be listed without one, at a higher rate. Commission is only charged on bookings paid through the marketplace. The marketplace launches in a pilot region first.

Commission in detail
- New client: found through the marketplace search and not booked with you in the last 365 days
- The new-client rate applies to all bookings in the first 60 days, at most €40 per new client, at least €1 on the first booking
- At most €60 per booking without a subscription, €35 with Stable, Stable Premium or Business
- You pay the Stripe fees; they are shown openly on your payout statement
Service fee for owners
- 6% on marketplace bookings
- At least €0.99, at most €15, for guest stalls at most €19
- €0 for repeat clients and direct-link bookings with providers who have a subscription
- The total price with all fees is always shown before paying
Ads & boost, optional
- Always labelled as an “Ad”
- Boost: +5, +8 or +10 percentage points only on new-client bookings through the boost placement, at most +€25 per new client, no base fee
- Boost packages: 7 days €9.99, 30 days €29.99 per service type and region
- At most 2 ad slots per results page
All rates include VAT, terms as of the marketplace launch. Owners always see the total price with all fees before paying.
Questions about billing
How does the free trial work?
Pick your plan in the app and confirm through the App Store or Google Play. The first 7 days are free. If you cancel during that time, you aren’t charged. The same applies to the Visits & Daycare add-on.
What do livery and riding-share enquiries cost?
Nothing. Owners send you a free, non-binding enquiry through the marketplace. You agree the contract and payment directly; no commission is charged on it.
What does the marketplace cost?
The profile is included in every subscription. Commission is only charged on bookings paid through the marketplace, such as care visits and guest stalls. The rates are in the table above.
